Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator for Georgia HOPE to deliver hands-on services while supporting daily operations. This hybrid role couples client care with coordination to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively.

You will work with the Program Director and team to maintain service quality, coordinate admissions, and ensure documentation and compliance across state and payer requirements. A commitment to children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, etc.).
• At least two (2) years of experience working with children and/or families (internships, volunteer work, etc.).
• Leadership and management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to assigned clients with accurate documentation per requirements.
• Support day-to-day program operations: admissions, authorizations, billing, payroll, and internal processes.
• Communicate with clients, families, referral sources, and staff to ensure effective service delivery.
• Assist with staff support: training coordination, mentoring, and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to program performance through budgeting, financial review, and regional development initiatives.
• Support compliance and quality efforts by audits and ensuring regulatory adherence.
