The Sr. Mgr., Regulations & HOPE Programs at the Student Finance Commission in Georgia will lead regulatory information, manage HOPE and Zell Miller scholarship eligibility determinations, and support GAfutures modules and related systems.

The role involves staff supervision, training, and ensuring quality in processes across multiple programs. Responsibilities include directing Dual Enrollment operations, overseeing system enhancements, and presenting trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience related to academic evaluations or financial aid eligibility and two years of supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience in a managerial capacity is required.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage regulatory information for internal and external customers.
• Oversee HOPE and Zell Miller scholarship eligibility determinations.
• Administer CHES and High School Transcript systems and related modules.
• Provide training and day-to-day customer support for GAfutures and related processes.
• Train staff and supervise unit activities; ensure quality and procedures.
