Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Business Support Manager (Regulatory Management Team) to lead a regulatory program and a team responsible for executing regulatory management activities. You will guide policy adherence, develop training for FLU procedures, and serve as SME for regulatory issues.

The role emphasizes risk discipline, process improvement, and effective communication with leadership, audit, and credit review. Strong data analytics and budgeting oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, operational controls and/or LOB underwriting or operations.
• Ability to navigate credit agreements, collateral documentation and loan documents.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and execute while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude during times of pressure, adversity, or change.
• Candidate must be highly organized.
• Candidate must have the ability to solve complex problems, be detail oriented, and demonstrate a high regard for data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level; manages workflow and budgets.
• Manages centers of excellence based processes to centrally manage regulatory requirements.
• Oversees regulatory management activities and ensures adherence to internal policies and designated regulation.
• Provides guidance and coaching on regulatory requirements and updates training for front line units.
• Supports monitoring and testing of controls, issues remediation, and governance dashboards.
