The Addison Group is seeking a Regulatory Manager for an established upstream oil and gas operator in Wichita, KS. This leadership role oversees environmental and regulatory compliance, manages permitting, and liaises with federal, state, and local agencies.

You will build and lead a growing regulatory team and partner with engineering, operations, land, and leadership to support drilling and production. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of regulatory or environmental experience in upstream oil

Formación

• 7+ years in regulatory, environmental compliance, or permitting within upstream oil & gas.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and state/local requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all regulatory compliance activities supporting upstream oil & gas operations.
• Manage preparation, review, and submission of environmental and regulatory permits.
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and state/local requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records, filings, and documentation.
• Review and sign regulatory submissions and environmental documentation.
• Monitor changing regulations and implement compliant processes.
• Partner with engineering, operations, land, and leadership to support drilling and production.
• Develop relationships with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and company compliance initiatives.
• Lead and mentor regulatory personnel and oversee the future Regulatory Technician.
• Identify opportunities to improve permitting, tracking, and reporting.
