• Ensure staff knowledge of current federal, state, and local laws affecting operations.
• Interpret regulations and train personnel for compliance.
• Develop scopes of work, manage records, audits, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure permits and agreements are met.
• Assist with written interactions with environmental agencies and incident response.
