Job summary

BioTalent seeks a Regulatory Manager to drive product innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance across a growing portfolio of cosmetic and personal care products. You will combine Regulatory Affairs with Project Management, partnering with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and leadership teams from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Quality, or related field.
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, OTC, consumer health, pharma, or food.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, labeling, and product claims.
• Strong project management with cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance for new and existing products, ingredients, formulations, and packaging.
• Review labels and technical docs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on products and operations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, and Operations to support innovation.
• Manage regulatory projects, timelines, and cross-functional priorities.
• Support ingredient assessments, supplier documentation, and technical evaluations.
• Assist with scale-up, manufacturing transfers, and commercialization.
• Develop and improve regulatory processes, documentation practices, and workflows.
• Supervise and mentor a direct report.
