Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of clinical assessments and how they tie to service plan development and implementation.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interpret regulations and policies; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory technical assistance to providers on how to comply with applicable regulations.
• Conduct inspections and investigations of licensed providers to monitor compliance.
• Review complaints and reports of serious incidents and recommend licensing actions.
• Issue and modify licenses and review requests to modify services.
