Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute regulatory filings, discovery responses, and docket deliverables across multiple proceedings.
  • Manage high-volume information requests, including intake, tracking, and compilation of responses.
  • Maintain filing calendars, deadlines, and submission requirements.
  • Coordinate inputs across legal, business, and subject matter experts.
  • Design and manage workflows, templates, and playbooks that support scalable delivery.
  • Use digital tools and AI within regulatory workflows to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Standardize workflows and reduce reliance on manual work and external support.
  • Improve processes over time based on experience, feedback, and workload patterns.
