Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Banking or financial services experience with knowledge of banking products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Data analytics skills to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and translate data into insights
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to management
• Ability to prioritize and manage daily responsibilities while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own the change-management process for regulatory reporting.
• Partner with technology and business teams to automate reporting workflows.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and improve data quality.
• Evaluate complex reporting processes and decide on control and efficiency improvements.
• Help integrate new products into established reporting frameworks.
