Job summary

ENSTAR Natural Gas seeks a Regulatory Financial Analyst to support Rates and Regulatory with financial and economic analysis, model development, and forecast preparation. The role reports to the Supervisor of Rates and Regulatory and emphasizes regulatory filings, data integrity, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of related experience; CPA/CMA candidacy is preferred and knowledge of tariffs is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or related field.
• Three to five years of related work experience; auditing/regulatory exposure preferred.
• CPA or CMA candidate preferred.
• Knowledge of tariffs and regulatory issues desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and economic analysis to support company objectives and regulatory filings.
• Develop and maintain complex models for regulatory submissions and planning.
• Prepare annual gas sales, gas purchasing, and revenue forecasts for gas cost adjustments.
• Review trial balances and perform data inquiries.
