Job summary

Enstar Natural Gas in Alaska seeks a Regulatory Financial Analyst to join the Rates and Regulatory team. You will provide financial and economic analysis to support objectives, develop models for filings, and assist with planning and forecasting.

The role requires a accounting degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and a preference for CPA/CMA candidates. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of tariffs are important, with a valid Alaska driver’s license.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or related field.
• Three to five years of related work experience.
• CPA or CMA candidate preferred.
• Knowledge of tariffs and regulatory issues desirable.
• Valid Alaska driver's license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and economic analysis to support company objectives and rate design.
• Update and develop models for regulatory filings and planning.
• Support annual gas sales, gas purchasing, and revenue forecast analyses.
• Review trial balances and research transactions.
• Prepare testimony and tariff filings to accompany financial analyses.
• Monitor regulatory filings and related matters.
