Job summary

Phoenix Children's seeks a Regulatory Coordinator to lead enterprise-wide accreditation and survey readiness, ensuring continuous preparation for announced and unannounced surveys and adherence to licensing laws, CMS Conditions of Participation, DNV standards, and other deeming agencies. Qualifications

• Experience with accreditation processes is desirable.
• Knowledge of CMS, DNV, and state licensing requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in accreditation process, leading change and managing projects.
• Integrates risk issues into operational improvements and monitors compliance.
• Scope includes inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Develops and manages a system for assessing organizational compliance and risk based on clinical data, tracers, mock surveys, and actual surveys.
• Provides quarterly updates to administrative leadership on progress and improvements.
• Acts as subject matter expert for DNV, CMS, and State licensing law interpretations.
• Leads internal efforts to prepare for unannounced surveys with actionable improvement plans.
• Facilitates accreditation-related teams and PI teams using performance improvement methodology.
• Communicates survey-related information across the organization and to local area leaders.
