Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years leadership experience; extensive experience with databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning by communicating information and advising cross-functional teams to drive projects.
• Oversees business-specific projects using deep subject-area expertise and adherence to procedures.
• Serves as SME for regulations projects and internal stakeholders; develops policies and education aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Develops data management and reporting processes; enters and analyzes practitioner/provider data.
• Ensures licensing and accreditation by reviewing requirements and conducting gap analyses.
• Identifies improvements to regulatory audit and survey readiness; coordinates with departments to prepare for surveys.
