Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Regulatory Accreditation Coordinator RN to assist the VP of Regulatory Accreditation in maintaining survey readiness and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS conditions of participation and DH rules across the Tower Health system.

The Coordinator will participate in readiness rounds, support various accreditation activities, and collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure continuous readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• PA RN license required.
• Strong knowledge of Department of Health rules and regulations and Joint Commission/CMS conditions of participation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Vice President of Regulatory Accreditation in maintaining survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead readiness rounds and ensure alignment with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Support accreditation processes across Tower Health's hospital network.
