Job summary

Westlake Financial seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to serve as the primary contact for state and federal examinations. The role focuses on developing corrective actions and ensuring timely responses to regulator requests.

You will coordinate with multiple agencies, prepare reports, and present Root Cause Analyses and action plans to the compliance board, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-state auto finance regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators.
• Ability to coordinate and respond to regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Help provide responses to state and federal requests for information.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations with agencies such as CFPB, DOJ, FTC, SEC, NY DFS, DBO, TX OCCC.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for deficiencies cited in examination reports.
• Schedule internal audits to monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure compliance.
• Provide written responses to regulators and prepare incident summaries.
