Job summary

TD is seeking an experienced Group Risk Specialist within the Office of the Chief Risk Officer in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role supports day-to-day regulatory examinations and internal audits, maintaining organized records and coordinating deadlines across risk functions.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Program Management, Internal Audit, Legal, and business teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 7+ years of relevant risk management experience.
• Knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, operating frameworks & reporting.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory examinations and audits from planning through closeout.
• Maintain examination trackers, inventories, repositories, and status reports.
• Coordinate information requests with subject matter experts and meet deadlines.
• Review draft responses for completeness, clarity, and accuracy before submission.
• Organize meetings and track decisions and follow-up items.
• Monitor multiple examinations or audits and escalate delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Program Management, Internal Audit, Legal, and risk teams.
• Maintain auditable records and protect confidential information.
• Assist with management reporting and process improvements.
