Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end issue management for Global Technology Services.
• Partner with all 3 lines of defense to drive a consistent issue management program.
• Guide BISO community on issue and remediation standards and approaches.
• Optimize issue management lifecycle, reporting, and risk treatment processes.
• Provide risk reporting for management and board level stakeholders.
