Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Idaho Falls seeks a detail-oriented Records Specialist to manage current and archival records for product development, ingredients, and registrations across product categories.

You will review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance, prepare materials for international registrations, and assist with Kosher and Halal documentation while supporting other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in records management.
• Strong math skills to support product registrations and reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and archived records related to product development, ingredient files, formulations, and registrations across all product categories.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Gather information and prepare technical documents to support international product registration requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Kosher and Halal certifications.
• Support additional documentation needs as assigned.
