Responsibilities

• The R&D Document Specialist works under the supervision of the R&D Document Supervisor to support international and domestic product development by compiling and maintaining documentation required for product information files, registrations, and regulatory review.
• Compile, track, and maintain ingredient, packaging, and formulation documents to complete Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Maintain current and archived records related to product development, ingredient files, formulations, and registrations across all product categories.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Gather relevant information and prepare technical documents to support international product registration requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Kosher and Halal certifications.
• Support additional documentation needs as assigned.
