Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Operations Intern to support the implementation of a new global Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS). You will gain hands-on experience with SAP/Windchill, data extraction, and data validation in a medical device environment.

The internship runs January 2027–April 2027 and requires 20–30 hours per week at the Naples, FL facility. Ideal candidates are pursuing a related degree with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in a related field; recent grads must be within 6 months of graduation.
• Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities are required.
• Experience with data extraction, organization, and data transformation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources for system migration.
• Transform information for migration into the new regulatory system.
• Support quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to support regulatory processes.
