Qualifications

• Six years of technical experience in a licensing or regulatory program.
• Three years of experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, OneNote, and MS Teams.
• Two years of researching, analyzing, and applying state and federal laws, rules, regulations, statutes, policies, and procedures to resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and complex problems.
• Two years of drafting and reviewing legal or technical documents.
• Two years of effective communication with a diverse clientele while maintaining confidentiality.
• Understand and follow agency values of respect, trust, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Review investigative reports to identify relevant facts and evidence.
• Identify statutory authority and determine appropriate actions for complaints of unlicensed practice and violations of state laws and rules.
• Collaborate on drafting complex legal documents.
• Manage requests for adjudicative proceedings in a timely manner and serve as the primary contact for respondents on assigned cases.
• Track case files, monitor case status, and adhere to case timelines.
• Update and ensure compliance with disciplinary actions.
• Assist with legislative and rule implementation.
• Respond to public records requests.
