Job summary

Integra Connect, LLC is seeking a Scientific Content Editor for the Integra PrecisionQ business unit to serve as the final editorial and quality-control checkpoint for high-priority scientific deliverables. The role supports publications, Market Insights initiatives, advisory boards, and educational materials, ensuring accuracy and client-ready formatting.

You will partner with Scientific Content, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and other teams to edit, format, review, and standardize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Four+ years editing scientific, medical, clinical, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including slide masters, templates, layouts, formatting.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, including styles, templates, section management, document cleanup, and quality review.
• Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
• Strong command of English grammar and professional writing conventions.

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables for clarity, readability, grammar, style, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards.
• Perform quality-control reviews of presentations, reports, and other scientific communications.
• Ensure consistency of terminology, references, tables, figures, and formatting.
• Maintain and refine PowerPoint slide masters, templates, and formatting guidelines.
• Develop and improve reusable templates for reports, executive summaries, publications, and presentations.
• Support knowledge-management and version-control processes; manage editorial workflows.
