The role partners with cross-functional teams, designs testing protocols, audits disclosure logic, reviews marketing materials, and translates evolving regulatory requirements into practical controls. Candidates should be analytical, proactive and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Compliance or related field required.
• 6+ years of regulatory compliance, compliance testing or audit in fintech, lending, banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the Strategic Compliance Monitoring & Testing Framework across active business lines and financial products.
• Partner with business teams to identify emerging compliance risks and determine testing needs.
• Design and implement testing protocols for new products, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Audit automated disclosure logic and credit decision notices for compliance with state and federal lending requirements.
• Review marketing materials and customer complaint trends to identify regulatory risks.
• Develop system frameworks and reporting workflows to support regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine compliance audits and communicate findings and remediation needs to leadership.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into actionable controls and testing requirements.
