Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent level of industry knowledge.
• 1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance desired.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reporting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Review customer accounts for regulatory compliance with requirements.
• Maintain inventory controls and documentation for controlled substances.
• Assist in onboarding for new and reinstated customer accounts.
• Help prepare and respond to customer audit requests.
• Support Compliance Manager, Director of Compliance as needed.
• Contribute to special projects within the Compliance team.
• Maintain facility licensure with governing bodies.
• Manage access controls for secure/restricted areas.
• Document and process controlled substance destruction.
• Report theft, loss, or diversion to authorities as required.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and site visits.
