Job summary

Top-Rx-LLC is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations in our Bartlett distribution center. The role focuses on compliance with DEA, FDA, and State Board requirements, with occasional advisory duties for processes in the DC and restricted areas.

The position reports to the Compliance Manager. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of regulatory compliance experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills along with

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry knowledge required.
• 1-3 years of Regulatory Compliance experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; experience with WMS and company software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all Compliance SOPs.
• Review customer accounts for regulatory compliance when ordering controlled substances.
• Assist in onboarding for new and reinstated customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing and responding to customer audit requests.
• Provide support to Compliance team and Director of Compliance as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for controlled substances.
• Support licensure with governing bodies and manage restricted areas.
