The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 1+ year of compliance experience in insurance or related field, and MA/PDP carrier certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• One or more years of compliance experience.
• Carrier certification with MA/PDP.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier compliance investigations and tracking for timely responses.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance records and analyses for regulatory alignment.
• Assist internal/external audits and cross-departmental compliance matters.
• Review advertisements and marketing materials for compliance and carrier approvals.
• Support Compliance Officer in administering the Compliance Program.
• Respond to alleged violations and coordinate reporting to authorities as required.
• Monitor regulatory updates and communicate across the company and downstream agents.
• Help develop and oversee a compliance training program for employees.
