Senior Market Sales seeks a Compliance Administrator to support ethical operations and regulatory adherence across the organization. The role includes managing investigations, coordinating records, and assisting audits while guiding marketing and agents to meet standards.

The candidate will help administer the Compliance Program, respond to violations, and coordinate training for employees and downstream agents, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• One (1) or more years of compliance experience.
• Insurance industry or related field (financial services or marketing) experience.
• Carrier certification with MA/PDP.

Responsabilités

• Assist compliance with investigations, reporting, and communication.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance records and data to meet laws and regulations.
• Assist audits and collaborate with other departments on compliance matters.
• Review agent ads and marketing materials for regulatory approval and guidance.
• Help develop and improve the company’s Compliance Program.
• Support responses to alleged violations and reporting to enforcement agencies as required.
