Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Compliance Analyst to provide oversight and guidance ensuring ethical business practices and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will help protect the company's interests in corporate and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities include managing investigations, maintaining compliance records, supporting audits, reviewing marketing content, and assisting with the compliance program enhancements for Alliant and its downstream agents.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• One year of compliance experience or more.
• Insurance industry or related field experience.
• Carrier certification MA/PDP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage carrier compliance investigations of alleged violations, tracking responses and communications.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance records to ensure data accuracy and legal adherence.
• Assist with internal and external audits and cross-departmental collaboration on compliance matters.
• Review agent advertisements and marketing materials for compliance and obtain regulatory approvals when needed.
• Assist with administering and improving the Compliance Program and reporting of violations.
