Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Compliance professional to support and guide the company in adhering to ethical practices, policies, and legal requirements. You will advise business units, monitor regulations, and help maintain a robust Compliance Program across the organization.

The role involves coordinating investigations, audits, training, and communications with carriers and regulators, while safeguarding the firm’s interests and ensuring timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• One (1) or more years of compliance experience.
• Insurance industry or related field experience.
• Carrier certification MA/PDP.

Responsabilités

• Manage carrier compliance investigations of alleged violations and related communications.
• Coordinate, record, maintain and monitor compliance records and analyses.
• Assist with internal and external audits and collaborate with other departments on compliance matters.
• Review agent-created advertisements and materials; submit for carrier and regulatory approvals as needed.
• Assist Compliance Officer with administering and improving the Compliance Program.
• Support responses to alleged violations and assist with corrective actions.
• Report potential violations to enforcement agencies as required.
• Monitor regulatory updates across the company and downstream agents.
• Help develop and oversee an effective compliance training program.
• Track and report key compliance metrics across business units.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and assist with corrective action plans.
• Collaborate on special projects and committees as requested.
