Job summary

Root Center for Advanced Recovery in Manchester, CT is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee audits, data entry, and regulatory adherence. You will support the compliance program, prepare reports, and assist with training to ensure standards are met.

The role emphasizes recordkeeping, documentation, and coordination with management to address compliance issues and improve processes. A related Associate degree plus experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least 6 months administrative or analytical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize data and create reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to travel to different sites and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Audit records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records.
• Prepare regulatory reports and corrective action plans.
• Communicate compliance policies to management and staff.
• Support training and development of staff on compliance.
