Job summary

South Florida Donor Network, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to monitor changes in regulations, conduct internal audits, and support CAPA activities.

The role includes developing effectiveness checks and maintaining quality management systems in support of donor programs. The ideal candidate will have auditing experience in regulated environments, proficiency with Microsoft Office and QA tools, and prefer ASQ certification with a 18‑month completion window.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or quality studies required.
• Four to six years of auditing experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with Organ Procurement Organization context preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of QA software (Q-Pulse) preferred.
• ASQ certification preferred; certification must be obtained within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits per the schedule to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards and SOPs.
• Maintain and audit quality management software modules for audits, CAPA, and supplier programs.
• Assist MQRA with CAPA development, effectiveness checks, and external audit preparation.
