Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate/compliance regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licenses, renewals, and maintenance of federal, state, and local licenses and permits.
• Maintain centralized inventory of licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory approvals.
• Track expiration dates, filing deadlines, fees, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare routine applications and renewal packages for management review.
• Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and other supporting materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain a Regulatory Change Log.
• Escalate significant compliance concerns to HR and Administration Manager.
