Job summary

BetMGM in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Licensing Support Specialist to administer and develop BetMGM’s licensing program, ensuring regulatory compliance across states. You will collaborate with multiple departments to keep the company aligned with licensing obligations and deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You’ll manage fingerprinting appointments, license applications, and schedule fee payments, while handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal or legal assistance experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a highly regulated environment (gaming industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and continually develop occupational and vendor license tracking program.
• Assist with various aspects of occupational licensing process: completion and submission of application forms, updates to information, renewals etc.
• Coordinate employee licensing procedure for BetMGM launch in new and existing states.
• Review licensing and reporting requirements in controls and regulations.
• Responsible for administrative tasks such as coordinating fingerprinting appointments, submitting various forms of license applications and tracking schedule of fees due to regulatory bodies.
• Maintain confidential company and personal data.
• Other job-related duties as requested.
