Job summary

Verdegard Administrators, LLC. seeks a Licensing Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory and licensing requirements, manage the compliance calendar, and file timely reports. This role collaborates with management to uphold filing standards and implement internal controls and policies.

The position requires strong leadership and oversight of audits and governance processes. Responsibilities include facilitating inquiries, managing appeals, and sustaining efficient compliance

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in licensing/compliance.
• Strong regulatory reporting and government filing knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Compliance Calendar: track monthly, quarterly, and annual filing deadlines.
• File reports to government agencies per local, state, and federal requirements.
• Address inquiries from government agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management to stay updated on filing requirements and policy development.
• Help develop internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Oversee the appeals process and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
