Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Seven years of electric utility experience involving generation, transmission, or distribution.
• Three years of supervisory and/or program management experience.
• Familiarity with electric utility standards and compliance.
• Ability to interpret regulations and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of GVEA's regulatory compliance program.
• Oversee compliance monitoring, audits, filings, document retention, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, legal, IT, cybersecurity, and other departments to maintain audit-ready records.
• Monitor regulatory changes, identify compliance gaps, support regulatory filings, and manage budgets and consultants.
• Provide guidance and updates to management and the Board to strengthen regulatory readiness and reduce risk.
