Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives within financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, Corporate & Investment Banking, or Global Markets.
• Experience performing regulatory impact assessments and business analysis.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess business impacts across Corporate & Investment Banking operations.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting, business analysis, and data analysis initiatives.
• Identify business risks, process gaps, and operational dependencies.
• Produce business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet established timelines and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with frontline banking and Global Markets teams to support regulatory initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and requirement walkthroughs.
