Job summary

You will partner with compliance, legal, technology, and operations to translate complex regulations into actionable insights and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in regulatory/compliance.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations.
• Proven ability to assess regulatory impact across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across business, technology, legal, and operations teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and delivery timelines.
• Work against defined SLAs and timelines to deliver high-quality analysis and documentation.
• Interpret and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
• Support regulatory reporting and data analysis efforts.
• Engage with cross-functional teams within CIB and frontline business units.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes.
