Job summary

Regions is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to monitor, research, manage, and implement responses to federal and state regulatory changes across lines of business. The analyst drafts reporting on regulatory changes and emerging risks, supports compliance training, and maintains related reporting.

The role requires interaction with enterprise-wide committees and intranet communications, with a focus on governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a financial or regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors regulatory changes and assesses impact to lines of business.
• Assembles cross functional teams to document regulatory changes’ impact.
• Drafts and distributes reporting related to regulatory changes and emerging risks.
• Prepares, schedules, and administers compliance-related presentations and calls.
• Maintains databases of information related to regulatory changes.
• Supports compliance training materials and messaging.
• Oversees the compliance training program across the organization.
• May plan compliance and regulatory risk management events.
