Meritain Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support regulatory activities through research, data collection, and reporting. The role partners with compliance managers and internal teams to ensure timely, well-documented compliance work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in insurance/compliance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while paying close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Clear, accurate, and concise verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and review compliance matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and materials supporting compliance activities.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance managers on projects and priorities.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
