The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of insurance/regulatory experience, strong communication skills, andMS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance-related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities.
• Partner with regulatory and compliance managers on projects and priorities.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
