Meritain Health, a CVS Health company, is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support research and reporting across regulatory matters. The role collaborates with compliance managers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and responses to inquiries.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in insurance compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation and trackers that support compliance activities.
• Partner with regulators and compliance managers on projects and priorities.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
