Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research compliance matters, gather facts, and summarize findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake and related research.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor activities to identify trends and report them.
• Prepare and maintain monthly regulatory reporting.
• Maintain documentation and trackers.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance managers on projects.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
