Job summary

Meritain Health, a CVS Health subsidiary, is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support research, tracking, and reporting of regulatory issues. The role partners with compliance managers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented activities within a complex regulatory environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in insurance compliance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities
• Respond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partners
• Monitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trends
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities
• Partner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental priorities
• Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
