Job summary

CVS Health's Meritain Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support regulatory and internal compliance activities by researching issues, gathering facts, and preparing clear, well documented reports. You will work closely with compliance managers and cross‑functional teams to respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies, monitor trends, and maintain documentation and trackers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance/compliance, strong communication, and proficient MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance related matters by gathering facts, organizing information, and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to requests for information within area of responsibility from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to help identify, track, and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and other materials that support compliance activities.
• Partner with the regulatory and compliance managers on projects, follow-up items, and ongoing departmental priorities.
• Mental Health Parity intake requests and related research activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
