Job summary

American Credit Acceptance is seeking a Compliance Analyst, Regulatory to support the company’s compliance program. The role leads regulatory change management, researches new laws, assesses business impact, and coordinates implementation with Legal and business partners.

The analyst serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory changes and supports ongoing compliance activities across ACA’s licenses and operations, including auto-finance, privacy, and AI considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of applicable experience.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech

Responsibilities

• Research and monitor regulatory changes; evaluate applicability and business impact.
• Coordinate implementation activities with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate regulatory changes and requirements to impacted teams.
• Support regulatory examination processes and remediation discussions.
