Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. is seeking a Capital Analyst to support regulatory (BSCR) and rating agency capital models, working with Capital Manager, ERM, Finance and cross-functional teams. The role is based in-office in Omaha, NE, with flexibility for Albany/NYC/Chicago locations.

You will help produce capital outputs, analyze solvency trends, and support capital strategy at group and entity levels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with actuarial, finance, and risk colleagues to deliver

Responsibilities

• Support Bermuda Solvency filings (Argo Group and Argo Re) with accuracy and timelines.
• Own components of the BSCR process including data prep, validation and documentation.
• Assist in Bermuda Monetary Authority filings (e.g., GSSA) to articulate Group solvency position.
• Support capital models for ratings agencies (S&P, AM Best, Fitch) and coordinate data requests.
• Analyze outputs to identify drivers of change in capital metrics.
• Prepare reports and materials for senior management.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Actuarial, and Reinsurance teams to gather inputs.
