Job summary

Clearbrook Group Services Inc. is seeking a Lead Capital Actuary to lead regulatory and rating agency capital models and support the CRO in capital management strategy. This is a 100% in-office position; work from our Omaha, NE office, with alternatives in Albany, NY, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL.

You will build real-time and forecasted capital views, drive governance, and communicate with senior leadership while aligning capital strategy with business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; actuarial credentials preferred.
• Experience leading capital modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital, liquidity, and dividend strategy with CRO/CFO/CEO.
• Develop real-time and forecasted capital views aligned with business plans.
• Design a framework to maximize capital efficiency and fungibility.
• Embed capital metrics into strategic decisions and governance.
• Deliver capital dashboards and quarterly solvency reviews.
• Collaborate across risk, ERM, and other functions; mentor teams.
