Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior ADGM Compliance audit manager to coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closures and adherence to regulatory requirements across the organization. You will manage cross-functional relationships with Compliance, Legal, Product and Business Lines to sustain a standardized issue and remediation framework.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in compliance/audit, strong problem-solving and project management capabilities, and experience in crypto/fintech

Qualifications

• 10+ years compliance, audit and/or regulatory exam management experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to create external facing material in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized and capable of dealing with complex projects.
• BA degree or international equivalent.
• Experience gained from crypto/fintech and ADGM regulatory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the ADGM Compliance team on closure of regulatory exams and external audits using subject matter expertise in financial crime related frameworks and audit processes.
• Foster strong relationships with key Central Compliance functions to ensure effective engagement and delivery of items related to outsourced compliance activities.
• Follow a standardized exam and audit issue management framework, ensuring transparency on progress of issue/action remedial activity is provided to all stakeholders.
• Track resolution of regulatory exam and audits providing support where required to ensure the ADGM Binance entities are presented in a compliant manner.
• Perform closure validation on actions proposed as closed by the relevant teams to ensure closure satisfies the initial gap identified.
• Assist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
