Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
• Experience with Compliance processes such as AML and Transaction Monitoring is a plus.
• Strong ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop compliance-focused platform features in a global team.
• Produce PRDs to ensure projects meet deadlines and requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Customer Service to maximize product value.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflows to ensure intuitive operation and efficiency.
• Support regional/global heads and coordinate cross-stakeholder implementations.
