Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to drive remediation initiatives across the Compliance function and support the GMLRO office. You will collaborate with regional teams on high-stakes projects and ensure alignment with global standards.

You will prepare program oversight reports and assist in board reporting for both global and local entities, leveraging your 7+ years in financial crime and AML to inform risk-based decisions and

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in financial crime compliance / AML, including global exposure.
• Deep knowledge of global AML/CFT frameworks and FATF standards, including KYC/KYB, EDD, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience handling SARs/STRs and regulatory investigations.

• Experience handling SARs/STRs, high-risk customer decisions, and regulatory investigations.
